My spec script for Abbott Elementary is a semi-finalist in the script competition at Austin Film Festival this year. I can’t wait to attend Austin Film Festival at the end of this month and meet other writers and industry folks. Making it this far at AFF means so much in feeling like the hard work does pay off and is recognized.
Here is the list of semi finalists and second rounders, and I’m so happy to see others I know on this list and that we’ll get to hang out in Austin.
